Rachel Perry Violet-Rose Skin Toner Review
This toner smells great–mostly of roses, and has soothing ingredients that don’t dry out skin like aloe vera, echinacea, rose hips, calendula and marshmallow. It helps remove makeup residue after you cleanse, but doesn’t dry the skin. This is one of my all-time favorite toners, and it is made without cruelty to animals.
