I’ve used this product for 5 months and will continue using it.
My acne is moderate and I have very oily skin. I find this 3 step program to be very easy to follow, even with my random schedule at University.
I chose not to go on a low-dose BC to control my acne so this Clenziderm product was my alternate choice
My AM/PM routine–
AM:Use Step 1 (cleanser) wait 10-15 minutes and then apply Step 2 (toner). Later apply sunscreen 10 minutes before leaving your house. Use Sunscreen daily!!!!!
PM: Step 1 (cleanser) wait 10-15 minutes and then apply Step 2 (toner). Wait a little bit once your skin has dried and absorbed the toner and then apply Step 3 (benzoyl).
Some people may find that there skin is drying out too much, just use the Benzoyl every other night and when your skin adjusts then go back to using it every night.
Personally I have been using the Benzoyl nightly and my skin still is very oily. I sometimes use Oil Absorbing sheets to control the excess oil.
If you are prone to my cystic pimples/acne then try this system along w/ Monodox (doxycycline).
I prefer to try Omega-3 tablets which is also very good for you skin, as eventually the doxycycline will lose it’s effects after awhile.
Overall I love this Clenziderm system, it works just right with my skin. It’s really controlled my acne. In 3-4 weeks you will easily see improvements.
**I gave it 4 stars b/c I wish it was a bit cheaper and wish it would work faster. But patience is needed when using this product.
