I have to disagree with the first review on the issue of ineffectiveness of this product. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this product in reducing the puffiness under the eyes. It worked great on my 60+ bulging bags.The caffeine shrinks the tissue to give the appearance of flatter terrain under the eyes. Of course, it doesn’t get rid of the bags completely. That’s a plastic surgery issue, but it does do an adequate job for a lotion. One thing I do agree with is that there is very little product. I expected it to last a lot longer. I’m glad I found it at a reduced price on Amazon. It sure is not worth $47 unless you’re talking department store prices. I would recommend it.
