It contains AHAs: lactic acid and glycolic acid. Obagi Nu Derm Exfoderm Forte is indicated for thick, oily, large pores, and/or rough skin. This exfoliating lotion contains alpha hydroxy acid in a unique base to smooth and tone rough or sun-damaged skin.

Directions
Apply Exfoderm Forte® in a thin layer to the skin once a day, or as directed by a physician.

Obagi Nu Derm Exfoderm Forte Review
This product was recommended to me by a board certified plastic surgeon to assist in my hyperpigmentation problems resulting from acne. I use the entire Obagi system, and have noticed increased smoothness in my skin, the hyperpigmentation damage has dimished to the point I can actually go out without make-up if I choose, and I constantly receive comments on how nice and smooth my complexion is. I use the whole 6 step system. It works great. I am hispanic, so when I get acne, the scars are redish purple. They have lighted up dramatically, and I don’t have to use so much makeup to cover my skin. My pores appear smaller, especially on my forehead and nose. I get comments on how radiant my skin looks a lot. I know of a couple of friends who have used it. One got great results using the whole system, but the other friend who only used step 4 & 5 did not get the result we did. She recently bought the rest of the set. We will see!
